We want your privacy to be protected. When entering client intake forms or appointment information please only use your own information and account to ensure your data is secured. If you feel your account is being used by someone else contact ND Hidden Gem Spa immediately and ask for management for assistance. We will help recover your account as soon as possible.
Before you can start your spa experience we require you to sign a waiver and fill out an intake form to ensure you are taken care of properly.
Retainer Reservation policy
All sales including but not limited to appointments, bookings, and memberships are to be paid at checkout to confirm your experience is booked with the spa. No refunds after purchase, all sales and discounts are final once you confirm at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel without notice at any purchases if there is any suspecting of fraud, client misinformation, health contraindications or otherwise.
If you do become ill, your therapist becomes ill or a natural phenomenon makes it so the spa cannot uphold an appointment as agreed you will be contacted as soon as possible with the provided client information you provided to rebook accordingly.
We value you and want to keep our environment professional and safe for each visit.
Rebooking Policy
When booking an appointment you are in charge of making your visit on time. No refunds will be issued unless proven fraud or serious federal offense has occurred as stated by the spa.
We are not responsible for reminding you of appointments though you can opt in for reminders. However if no reminders are received due to any error of misinformation we are not responsible for refunding due to miscommunication. We understand in ND there is weather and unplanned natural disaster and unavoidable illness for both clients and workers. In the case of a non avoidable accident or event we can rebook your appointment only once unless otherwise stated by ND Hidden Gem Spa itself directly to the client(s) affected.
